Youth Pastor
Josh Miller
I was privileged to be born into a Christian home with two Christian parents that loved one another and loved me. From the time I was born I was in church every time services were held. I accepted Christ as my Savior on April, 22,1997 during a revival service.
Throughout my childhood and teen years I attempted to live a faithful life that was pleasing to the Lord. In August of 2002 at the Shawnee Baptist Youth Conference I surrendered my life to do whatever God would have me to do. At the beginning of my sophomore year in high school through my senior year I organized and led a Bible Study at Colerain High School. During my senior year I began to feel what I would eventually recognize as a call to preach.
I began attending Shawnee Baptist College in 2006 and would graduate 4 years later with a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Theology. I was privileged to be able to work in youth ministry at the start of my second year of college and helped start a youth program at a satellite campus of the church. After graduating I would also attended West Coast Baptist College and received a Master's Degree In Religious Education. Once I had finished Bible College I felt the Lord leading me to return to Bible Baptist. I began working with the youth in June of 2011.
My wife and I would eventually meet in the fall of 2013 and marry in early 2015. Faith was also from a Christian family and had been saved since 2005. Together we continued to serve at Bible Baptist as volunteers until July of 2017 when I was given the opportunity to serve as Youth Pastor full time.
